His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Bernard took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up shield and armor he uses now. He has worked as a Brewer like his father before him.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
