Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. Richard enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'7" when asserting himself. His moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and he loathes his own lifestyle
