History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Upon awakening, Randal discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves.
