History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Manfred was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Manfred grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Manfred. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. A true patriot, Justin would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: This man loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Server. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Server but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and to clean up the streets
