Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

History: Jocelyn was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

This green eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
