The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Charles hails from a village terrorized by giants. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He struck the Brewer job and began his own company from there.

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Kody and his spouse have recently divorced.
