Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Hugh was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
