History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Herbalist mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. One day when Ernest was young, his father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his father dropped to the ground dead. His father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Ernest was heart-stricken from the event, and his mother started working long hours to provde for them. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and to prove his worth to the world
