He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Manfred took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up shortspear and armor he uses now. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is an amazing painter.

History: Born to a Sculptor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shepherd for hire.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Cartwright born in the past three hundred years. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born in a small island village. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
