He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ralf grew up listening to his father's many stories. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born to a Spice Merchant, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Everard was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Everard decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury.
