History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Slave Trader profession.

History: Born in the south to a Shoemaker, Alexandre learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. After months of barely getting by, Alexandre managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and balancing his hectic life and new shoemaker responsibilities is difficult
