He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has worked as a Mayor like his mother before him.

The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
