Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Ralf has worked very hard to control his curse. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult.

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His red hair has been sun bleached extensively. His green eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed black hat.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Ruler father left him crippled. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
