Description: An older man who wears a blue wide-brimmed hat and blue clothes, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Godfrey hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He comes from a rich western family. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Being a Seamstress kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He takes great joy in being the best Sage in town.

History: Born to a Spice Merchant, his father struggled to pay the bills. He married young, but lost his spouse to brigands. He now owns his own business.

His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born in the north to a Bather, Ralf learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He became a Bather soon after.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Bernard lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of dire rats
