Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Carpenter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Manfred was a troubled youth. Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born in the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
