His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: Theobald was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His auburn hair is unkempt and raggedy. This gray eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. A true patriot, Hugh would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When Hugh reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
