History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Bertram was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son.

Description: An older man who very much looks the part of a Tailor, he is not a threatening figure. He keeps his long black hair kept up in a rat tail. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Tailor. He's also a talented Healer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he has a crush on the local fortune-teller
