He has a golden handlebar mustache and slicked back golden hair. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Miles is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Nicholas was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Servant. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: This man wears a tan tunic with black highlights, and long white pants that bunch up around his shoes. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His golden hair, when down, is lengthy. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Raymond never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Balimaar grew up listening to his mother's many stories. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born in the west. Lewis was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Armorer. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
