History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. Being a Guard kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longbow.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Interpreter. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Alex was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He has taken up work as a Interpreter and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Ralf and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and revenge
