History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He is wearing a tight grey one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. His chestnut hair is long and unkept. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south.

Description: This man wears silk and lounges about seductively. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized sapphire on his left hand. His hair is short and red. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Heward alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: He has a missing right leg. He wears just a violet suit. His white hair is unkempt and raggedy. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Weaver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This man stands a little under 5'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His white hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gerald grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
