Gilbert Addington, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He is dressed in earthy colors with a black and grey handkerchief worn on his left side. His silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He takes great joy in being the best Fortune-teller in town.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gilbert grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fortune-teller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fortune-teller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gilbert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
