History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Heward alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Heward never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Masseuse for the past few years.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Many drow want him driven away; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Banker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
