History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Baker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. Through the years after Dean was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Dean's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to goblins.

Motivation: Many goblins want him driven away.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
