Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Reynard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Reynard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: Gifted from a young age, Manfred studied abroad. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
