History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and an old rival family wants him found
