Description: This man wears tattered old clothes. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He has dyed his greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ernest grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ernest. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears a brown tunic with white highlights, and long black pants that bunch up around his shoes. His brown hair is unkempt and raggedy. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Ruler business.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a yellow collared shirt and brown pants. He accessorizes with a white scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His tied-back hair is auburn. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Frederick was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy red stubble. He wears an entirely tan suit with green socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He has a hunchback. He sports a long red beard, and similarly colored long hair. This violet eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and someone believes him a fraud
