Norman Yardley, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is a mite stocky and wears dull grey sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed hammer, just in case. His hair is silver, silky, and of moderate length. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Norman is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. Norman was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Norman decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. After a long history of fighting, Norman and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
