History: He is a Maurezhi in disguise. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Anselm embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Anselm was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After a long history of fighting, Anselm and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: Born to a Bellfounder, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Roger grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature club.
