Description: He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He carries with him a set of maces, each one with a emerald on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. With bright brown hair and a scraggly beard. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Norman fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born to a Barber, his father struggled to pay the bills. His first spouse was a Barber, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Gunter was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and doesn't want to be a marshal and was forced into it by his family

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and to prove his worth to the world

Description: A plain young-adult man, he is renowned for his bright black suits and hats. His black hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Adam was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.
