Anselm Walpole, Male Human [Permalink]

Personal [hide]

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized white coat. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born in the west. Anselm was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Barber. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Diggory Willoughby, Male Human [Permalink]

Personal [hide]

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears bulky green painted plate armor. He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length black hair. His half smiles and brown eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Diggory lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Bernard Southey, Male Human [Permalink]

Personal [hide]

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a fancy brown suit. He sports a long silver beard, and similarly colored long hair. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Anselm hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
