History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Rolf alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He struck the Bounty Hunter job and began his own company from there.
