When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and wants a kiss

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Marshal. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He got into the Adventurer business at a young age. His first spouse was a Bounty Hunter, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
