History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Gerard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: Justin was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
