Description: This man wears yellow robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a sickle, but if one is not available he will default to his longbow. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized aquamarine on his right hand. He has black hair. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kyle grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kyle. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Money/treasure.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His white hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. His brown eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with Stetson hat, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'0" when asserting himself. He has a black handlebar mustache and slicked back black hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Glassblower arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Frederick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright grey and red, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Nicholas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Farmer. He's also a talented Engraver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to be a engraver again

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he has a large blue mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his grey robe. His black hair is long and unkept. His blue eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Wymar was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to reunite with his old friends
