Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and a deep hatred of dire rats

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. The war was a terrible time for him, and Charles does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born into a rich family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

Personality: Justin wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Justin was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Justin decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
