History: He comes from a rich southern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. A gifted student he started as a Junk Dealer, but he got bored and became a Painter. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Norman grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
