Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Dean's homeland. Dean decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. The war was a terrible time for him, and Godfrey does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. After a long history of fighting, Godfrey and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he loathes his own lifestyle

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Detective arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to reunite with his absent mother

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Arnold grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He has never given up on his music dream.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.
