Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: Norman was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of gnolls

Description: This southern man wears silk and lounges about seductively. His clothes are grease stained in places. He keeps his long white hair kept up in a rat tail. His eyes are likewise amber.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born in the south. Through the years after Trey was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Trey's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

He wears a small hat to cover his moderate length silver hair. His ears are large.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He takes great joy in being the best Fisher in town.

History: Born in the west to a Fisher, Cory learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Bounty Hunter, but he was a colossal failure. He tends to his Fisher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He has styled his brown hair well, parting it to the left. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. Raymond is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Raymond alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Many drow want him driven away; and to unite with his sister

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and wants to work out more often
