Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He uses divination through singing.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Bernard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. Description: This man stands a little under 6'4" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He dresses like a well dressed Mayor does. His white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He became a Mayor soon after.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
