History: He was born in the west. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Godfrey took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up morningstar and armor he uses now. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Born to a Doctor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions
