History: He got into the Detective business at a young age. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Hugh alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hugh fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.
