History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Don alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and a deep hatred of orcs

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Roland was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Roland grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Roland. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Arnold never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Fletcher who has hired him part-time. He takes great joy in being the best Fletcher in town.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. A gifted student he started as a Junk Dealer, but he got bored and became a Fletcher. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he would like to get married and retire
