History: Born to a Doctor, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Junk Dealer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized tan coat. His long golden hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Adelard was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: John hails from a village terrorized by giants. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sage. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sage.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and he wants revenge against giants

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born to a Herbalist, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
