History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Sculptor father left him crippled. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

He has wavy silver hair. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Born in the east to a Spice Merchant, Jocelyn learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. Bernard enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.
