History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Cory was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
