Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has money and likes to spend it

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
