Shane Blakeley, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This tall, slender man wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with white lining and desert motifs. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Shane hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: Shane was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has never given up on his painting dream.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
Ideals: Artistic. Flaws: Insane, Selfish. Bonds: Poor, Adventurer. Occupation: Priest
Voice: Excited and jittery

Don Altham, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears a green cloak and cross-gartered grey stockings. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His hair is cut close to his head. His amber eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 18. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he is content

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Born to a Banker, his father struggled to pay the bills. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Trey Garrick, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He has golden hair. He has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.
Personality: Trey speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Mayor arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
Ideals: Athletic, Impeccable. Bonds: Rich, Adventurer, Criminal record. Occupation: Mayor
Voice: Mumbles to self between sentences

Geoffrey Shipley, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His hair is long and black with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. His violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Butcher father left him crippled. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and to get a good night's sleep
Flaws: Ugly, Disease, Insomniac, Secretive. Bonds: Poor. Occupation: Miller
Voice: Adds syll-ab-les for em-pha-sis
