Description: He is an average looking western male in his early mid-life. He has the majority of his body covered in plate. He wears a broad hat to cover his moderate length red hair. His ears are large.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. Lewis is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Born to a Laborer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He became a Layabout soon after.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His green eyes peer out from beneath his broad brown hat.
Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: Born in the north to a Knight, Reynard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He wears tattered old clothes. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His auburn hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He has brown eyes and a red hat with a brown feather.
Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Layabout profession.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lance grew up listening to his mother's many stories. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and expand his business

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is wearing a long, brown, dusty cloak. His golden hair is long and unkept. His blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Blacksmith work with an outfit from a few towns over. Blacksmith work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he is wearing a long, black, dusty cloak. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy brown hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Dilettante. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Dilettante.
Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
