He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Charles alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Carter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Fisher, and he later adopted a second daughter.
