Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. Jocelyn is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Jocelyn was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
